How can I order food using Vadelfi.com?

  • Select the clothes/accessories of your choice, Once you have found something you love, select preferred size and color
  • Click/Tap on Add
  • Navigate to Cart and checkout
  • Confirm your order and choose to either pay online or with cash upon pickup or delivery.
  • Enter billing address and delivery address
  • Enter preferred delivery time
  • Once payment is successful, your order is immediately processed and scheduled as per your request.
  • You do not need to install any app or login or register
  • Same day delivery is not possible after 8pm. For more information please contact us.

Where can I leave suggestions/feedback?

  • After you place an order with Vadelfi.com, you can submit feedback from your experience contact us.
  • If you have further feedback or comments, you can email us at shop@vadelfi.com

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not need to setup account. We want to keep it simple to purchase online.

 

What payment method does accept?

We accept the following payment options:

VISA, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards. 

 

Does Vadelfi.com accept returns and exchanges?

For returns/exchange, please just let us know within 5 days of receipt. Should you decide to return, given that the items are in the same condition as they were received, we will gladly give a full refund in the form of store credits.

Exchanges are welcome too as long the items are in the same condition as they were received.

Without a Receipt

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period or without an original receipt.

Please bear in mind that all shipping charges back to us and again to you will be of your responsibility. Just drop us a line at shop@vadelfi.com for matters of exchanges and returns.

Please note to be eligible for return, all styles must be unused and unwashed, and bags will need to have their product tags attached.
