Vadelfi has the absolute discretion to fix pricing errors, which may include the cancelation of your order. You may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted.
Goods prices listed on the Vadelfi website in Canada are in Canadian dollars. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. All prices listed on this Website are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars. Payment for Orders must be made with an accepted credit through the Vadelfi website ("Card Orders"). For Card Orders, you will be charged at the time of placing your Order. The Vadelfi website uses the third party payment processors to effect charges onto your credit card. You consent to the collection and use of your information (including, if applicable, personal information) by such payment processing service as necessary to process your payments. We reserve the right to change, or to stop accepting, any permitted payment method at any time in our sole discretion. Easy Refund/Returns

For returns/exchange, Please just let us know within 5 days of receipt. Should you decide to return, given that the items are in the same condition as they were received, we will gladly give a full refund in the form of store credits.

Exchanges are welcome too as long the items are in the same condition as they were received.

Without a Receipt

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period or without an original receipt.

Please bear in mind that all shipping charges back to us and again to you will be of your responsibility. Just drop us a line at shop@vadelfi.com for matters of exchanges and returns.

Please note to be eligible for return, all styles must be unused and unwashed, and bags will need to have their product tags attached.
